My School Auctions FAQ

Q: How do you protect and use the information collected from our registered bidders during our Auction Event?
A: Use our privacy statement information

Q: What is a Bid Buck?
A: Bid Bucks are like a "ticket" to the auction. They are bidding currency that can be used like cash. If you purchase $40 in Bid Bucks from a student, you will start the auction with $40 in your account. Of course you can always purchase more Bid Bucks online at the auction site or simply use your credit card.

Q: Do I need to purchase a Bid Buck to participate in the auction?
A: No. You may attend the auction and bid on items without purchasing a Bid Buck. However, the sale of Bid Bucks is one factor we use in determining how many items we put up for auction. For an auction to be successful, we must have a good audience show up and bid. Bid Buck sales help us project how many "registered bidders" we can expect to show up at the auction and, therefore, better plan how many items to put up for auction.

Q: What happens if I purchase Bid Bucks but do not find anything on the auction I want to bid on?
A: We will have a "Redeem Unused Bid Bucks" feature on the auction that will allow you to purchase from a selection of set priced items.

Q: How soon will I receive the items I win?
A: All items are shipped within 24-48 hours at the close of the auction.

Q: What happens if I have a problem with an item I have won?
A: Our toll free Customer Service Department is open from 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday to assist you in getting a replacement or to help with returning the item for a full refund. They may be reached at 1-877-359-4856.

Q: Can I use my purchased Bid Bucks to help pay for shipping?
A: Yes! Bid Bucks can be used to pay for anything on the auction.
